Once you have scheduled collection for your projector to be serviced you will have to have it packaged and ready for collection before the courier will arrive.Please see suggestions for safe Packaging of your Projector.

The highlighted sections show the locations and packaging where it is important to take note of. It is a good idea to pack a box inside another box.This will prevent it from damage, but it is also important that this box cant move. To prevent extra movement we add packaging to the sides. In the above items you can see these sections highlighted.
Please note that the size of the box doesn’t matter but if you don’t pack your projector properly, damage may occur and the courier will not accept responsibility for badly packaged units .
